Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests to relax. Surrounded my trees it’s very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Spanish Mission Hideaway with pool and garden

Located on the best street in Hastings. Quiet, spacious and private. This suite has all the comforts of home including a pool and large garden. It is a two minute walk to beautiful Cornwall park and less than 5 minutes drive to the city centre. The pool has recently been renovated. Please note the pool is unavailable from autumn to spring. Off-street parking is also available. Please do not drive on the lawn as it had an irrigation system that can be damaged.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Frimley on the Park

A two bedroom house located on Frimley Park, with a close proximity to the Mitre10 Sports Park, Regional indoor Aquatic Centre and Hawke’s Bay Hospital. Nicely presented and set up for guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This house opens out to a beautiful front yard which has direct access out to Frimley Park’s sports fields, beautiful established trees, stunning rose gardens and Frimley Park playground.

Hygge Cottage

Hygge Cottage is a stylish, fully self-contained holiday home nested in the coastal village of Clive, Hawke's Bay. The house is family-friendly offering toys, games and Netflix to keep the children entertained. Both of the queen beds are Luxury Orthopaedic Beds so you are guaranteed to 'sleep in heavenly bliss'. You will find loads of little touches to make your stay extra special.

Little Walnut

Little Walnut is a 10 min walk to HNth Village. A gorgeous & beautifully decorated, spacious self contained, stand alone unit. Lovely linen - super king bed, fully equipped kitchen (w coffee machine) & a big comfortable lounge. The shower is over bath with a separate toilet. Large outdoor area (BBQ incl) with a rural outlook under a giant walnut tree.

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.
