Mama Jen’s Platte River Getaway

This unique cabin that sleeps 12+is nestled in the trees on the banks of the platte river. There is plenty of room outdoors to hike, kayak, & just relax next to the fire pit with river access just steps away from the front door. The cabin has a master bedroom, a bunk room to sleep 6 with an additional sofa sleeper, & a loft queen bedroom. The living room has a big sectional plus a giant bean bag that can sleep more. The cabin is stocked with everything you need other then yourself & groceries!

Bring the whole family to this inviting home with lots of room for fun! This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

The Spacious Surprise

The Spacious Surprise is full of the unexpected. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, it offers a great location two blocks from the hospital, across the street from St. Cecilia, and within walking distance from all that downtown offers. It is on a quiet street with large green spaces. We allow up to two dogs with a pet fee to allow for extra cleaning expenses. Although a basement apartment, it has a private driveway and entrance, and plenty of room with large windows in the bedrooms.

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
