Perfectly situated on the West Hill of Hastings, within walking distance of the historic old town and beach, this unique cabin offers a green oasis in the heart of Hastings. The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Beacon itself is a family home but also part-time restaurant, venue, & arts space for the whole community, as well as a green wilderness.

The Studio, Ticehurst

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Log cabin lakeside retreat in private grounds

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. Shingle Shack - Dungeness Nature Reserve

Shingle Shack overlooks & is nestled on the edge of the wonderful shingle desert of Dungeness. The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

The Stables

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

The Rookery is a well located private space with stunning South-facing views across an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. An ideal base to explore countryside & coast, ancient forests & villages, historic castles, famous beaches and cosy local pubs. Just 15 min to Sissinghurst Castle & garden, Bodiam & Scotney Castle, 20 min to Rye & 30 min to the dunes & beach at Camber. Explore local walks, Go Ape at Bedgebury Forest, paddleboarding & watersports or tour our local wineries.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.
