Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

With amazing views of the Yorkshire Dales this is a perfect retreat. We are a quiet community here surrounded by nature. A big comfy bed and candles enables you to relax with your loved one. Toilet, shower, kitchen area, settee and dining set. There is a balcony to sit outside with Hot tub. Toast, eggs, tea and coffee facilities are provided. A network of paths go through our working farm with river and forest and higher land to explore together. Perfect for walking and bird watching.

Welcome to Meadow Retreats, new in 2025! We offer short breaks with amazing views and lots of fabulous walks in our surrounding areas. Situated in a beautiful secluded location on our working farm. The perfect cosy night to catch wildlife, whilst stargazing in our wood-fired hot tub with a drink! We are within walking distance of the famous Nidderdale way and in close proximity to Harrogate, Ripon and Pateley Bridge. Extras are available at request: Birthdays/celebrations/hampers

In beautiful Nidderdale, right on the Nidderdale Way and the Way of the Roses, with Brimham Rocks within sight. Ideal as a walking/cycling base, or just for a quiet stay away from it all. With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

Flashman's Retreat aka "FlashysRetreat"

FlashysRetreat is a three-storey 'off-grid' cabin for 2 people, built in the tiny house tradition, in private woodland, only a short walk from the parking. 'Off-grid' doesn't mean without facilities - FlashysRetreat has mains water, instant hot water, electricity. 'Off-grid' means:- you're in the 'wild'. Horses neigh! Owls hoot and bats flitter by in the dusk! Here, nature is in abundance, giving you a chance to retreat, relax and recharge. Leaving you to your own imagination.
