Welcome to "The Eyrie" at Eagleview Retreat. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. Beautiful Soaker Tub, King Bed, and Comfy Space

I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

The Art Studio downtown

Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

By the Lake

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for the adventurer, families and lake lovers. Perched on a hillside 10 minutes from Nelson and 5mins from Kokanee close to amenities, great biking and hiking trails! Have a BBQ on the patio while taking in the stunning views of Kootenay lake. Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. Enjoy the large yard and beautiful gardens or chef up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Cute and cozy mini cottage nestled in old growth forest between 2 creeks. Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of light, it has 19 windows! Try out the micro home lifestyle! Please read FULL description and ALL the details before booking, this is a nonconforming, no frills, accommodation :) Best suited to young adventurous travelers on a budget who want a fun, unique, semi rustic nature experience. Animal lovers will enjoy meeting our sanctuary animals between April and October.

Lakeview Lane Guest suite

A great spot to park your gear and enjoy the lake view after a long day of play! This is a recently renovated guest basement suite in a home just minutes from the beach and Nelson. Our 1 bedroom space is completely self-contained and has it's own covered parking space and private entrance. There's a large front yard for guests to use, and locally-famous hiking trails near by. Although we don't have pets of our own, we welcome well-behaved fur babies.

This Epic View (not so tiny) tiny house is truly a soul nourishing place. From its large expanse of south facing windows you can soak in the views of Kooteney lake and then enjoy the covered private deck with an outdoor bathtub! It has all the amenities to make a perfect retreat space including a Bose sound system, movie projector and yoga mat. From a comfy bed to artistic decor and a fully equipped kitchen, you are sure to want to stay forever.

This newly built custom home has a private basement suite (800 sqft). It has 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 den, a full bathroom and an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer as well as and a place to store skis/bikes and gear. Our guest often comment on the space as a cozy, stylish, new, super clean place to stay! This space is ideal for people wanting spend their days exploring and their evenings relaxing.
