This property features a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a full dining room, a living room with an original fireplace, and a sitting room any family would enjoy. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.
