Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, a sleek bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with tea, coffee, fridge, and microwave — perfect for warming meals or preparing light snacks. (Please note: there is no stove, so cooking is not possible.) Step outside to a shared deck with seating for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while listening to the birdsong

Private studio with deck

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer and dining table. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Contractors welcome :-)
