Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to the Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

Hear the crashing waves..see the unbelievable Universe and the spectacular star show. Have a cozy bonfire in the firepit and unwind with a walk on the private beach. No running water, Culligan H2O provided, new outhouse. This is one of 2 Airbnbs on our property. Each has its own private space. There is no fridge or electricity.
