The private balcony overlooking the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores has sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom. The beach-side master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The community features a beach-side heated pool and hot tub. There are two gas grills for you to use. This is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place! Welcome to a Beautiful Specious House with a Pool This well home is perfect for a small group, or family getaway in Largo, Florida. The home is one level and includes two bedrooms, two full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus a Florida room overlooking the pool area. We do provide regular towels and beach towels. There are six Beach Chairs with two umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. There are extra blankets and pillows.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

If your taveling by RV or with your boat( boat ramp 2 mi drive), we have plenty of parking on site with our double driveway to accommodate.

Also Clearwater Country Club is in walking distance should you want to play some golf while here in sunny FL!

This is a beautiful three bedroom two bath home. It is located in Largo, FL less than 5 miles from the best beaches in Florida. This house is also less than a mile from the popular Pinellas Trail and John S Taylor Park. There is a golf course less than a mile away. This house has all the amenities you might need from two types of coffee machines to beach chairs. It has a fenced in back yard with a screened in patio as well as a two car garage with a full size washer and dryer.
