We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. This is a quaint attic studio apartment in one of Michigan's most diverse cities, Hamtramck, which is fully encompassed by the city of Detroit. The apartment has been recently renovated. The neighborhood may seem a bit rough around the edges for some people but it is safe and quiet. Hamtramck is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Detroit/ 10-15 dollar rideshare trip. There are renowned Middleastern and Polish restuarants in the area and fun coffee shops and bars.
