Frederick and Victoria’s French Street Cottage

A peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom house in Hamilton’s iconic church hill. A five minute walk to the CBD, Botanical Gardens and the walking trail of the Grange Burn with its platypus viewing area. The kitchen is well equipped with a new 900 mm gas and electric stove and all essential appliances. A separate dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. A pleasant north facing room at the rear is ideal for relaxing in the sun.

Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

This charming country style home is perfect for a getaway. Gas heating. Situated on a quiet street, opposite a park and only a 10 minute walk to the CBD. This house is nestled among a gorgeous cottage garden. Pets allowed (must be supervised as back fence not secure). Dogs not inside. Secure dog cage provided. Min 1 night ... except long weekends. "Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.
