A peaceful hideaway amongst the trees. Enjoy the sounds of nature with plenty of bird life and small stream running along the boundary, home to many eels and native Kokopu. You'll never know you're in the city. The unit, separate from the main house, is self contained with a toilet and shower. Please note there are no cooking facilities however a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. Conveniently situated within a 5 min drive or 30 min walk of the city centre with plenty of parking

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Escape to a haven of entertainment and relaxation in this unique games room. Perfectly situated in a quiet semi-rural Matangi location. Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. You'll find a pool table for endless entertainment and other card games for friendly competitions. 1km to our local 4 Square you have the ultimate flexibility to self-cater in the comfort of your studio or explore local eateries/attractions.

Treetops studio by Lake Karapiro

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

Lovely restful place in garden setting, behind owners home . Own access, bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location whilst a 3 minute walk to shops, bus stop and a short walk to local Claudelands Park and GloBox Event Centre. Close to CBD .
