Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Located just blocks from restaurants, parks and bars! Our cozy home is a great spot for a weekend away with your SO, girlfriends or time away with family! Childproofed and pet friendly! Or there are plenty of amazing restaurant options within a 5-10 minute walk! This was our first home and was filled with love over the years! We hope you love it too!
