Gammelstua på Storsæter Gård på Engeløya i Steigen

The Old House of our farm, charming house with a spectacular mountain wiew! The house is built about 1880, the bathroom and the kitchen is renovated. Here you can travel back in time, no tv.. The stairs scueecs, and the floor can be a bit cold in the winter, but all is forgotten when you fire up the fireplace. The island is perfect for hiking, biking and kajaking. Check in after 4 p.m, check out before 12 a.m. Transportation to or from the boat can be arranged. We wish you a peaceful stay.

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Hamarøy has fantastic scenery and great fishing opportunities. We have the well-known author Knut Hamsund. Here there are galleries, museums, spas, shops etc. Our Short way to experience-rich Tranøy, 30 min drive to Skutvik. There is a ferry across the Vestfjorden to Lofoten. The speedboat can be taken south to Bodø.

Restored Barn Apartment on Engeløya

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.

Fin utsikt, kort vei til elva eller havet for å bade, fotballbane, grillmuligheter, fine fiske muligheter, kort vei til Bjørklund gård der di selger kanelsnurrer, selvplukk med jordbær/bringebær. En liten lokal butikk ca 3,5 km unna, begrenset åpningstid. Fine turområder. Ca 300 m til skiløype.kjøreavstand til Hamarøy, Steigen og Rago nasjonalpark.

Lys og trivelig hytte på ca 45kvm. 1 × 150cm seng og enkel køyeseng. Er ekstra masrass og seng på hemsen. Minikjøleskap på kjøkkenet. Vaskemaskin og fryser på boden. Toalett, vask og dusj på badet. Lysthus på berget ved havet. Stor plen med lekestativ og trær for å feste hengekøyer i. Liten gassgrill som kan benyttes. 2 sykler som kan benyttes. Uteleker og spill for barn finnes også.

The perfect place for short hikes, longer hikes, kayaking, fishing. In the middle of Stetinden and Hamarøyskaftet, the very best housing if you want to do both climbing hikes og just admire the norwegian national beauties from the lower levels. Built in 2001, in a classical Nordic style, very well kept.

Huset leies ut fortrinnsvis til bedrifter. I huset disponerer Dere 3 soverom og en alkove, TV, internett, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Sengeklær og håndklær inkludert. Det er bare å ta med bagen og låse seg inn til ferdig oppreide soverom. Jacuzzi er ikke tilgjengelig for gjester.
