It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Toe of the Hill trailhead is two blocks away and great for dog walking or biking. Catch the wood river trail just two blocks from our house to cross country ski or bike up the entire valley.
