The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.
