Two bedroom typical kiwi Bach with 180 degree sea views. Located just 100 metres from the famous hot water beach. Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

Welcome to this charming family beach house — the perfect getaway for a family of five or two professional couples, any time of year. In winter, stay cosy indoors with board games and movie nights, or bundle up for peaceful walks along the beach. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
