Excelente ubicación, cerca de sta fe, bosques y Tecamachalco, a unos minutos del hospital Ángeles, a un paso de la carretera Mexico-Toluca y en una zona de restaurantes, cines, centro comercial y entretenimiento. El departamento tiene una excelente vista, es calientito y tiene sol en las mañanas en las recámaras y en la tarde en sala comedor. En el edificio cuántas con áreas maravillosas como alberca, jacuzzi, gym entre otros. Es un edificio sumamente seguro y con personal muy servicial.
