Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. So you do need to go outside and into the main area when you require the bathroom.

The cottage is set in 8 acres with gardens which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.
