Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Deze watermolen uit anno 1100 oogt nog net zo pittoresk en authentiek als vroeger, maar het huis is binnen van alle gemakken voorzien. Na een dag lekker bosbadderen in het woud dat voor uw deur begint, een pittige wandeling of fietstocht in de omgeving, of na het bezoeken van een attractie in de buurt, kunt u lekker ontspannen en opladen in uw knusse thuis weg van huis! It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)
