Just 1 1/2 miles to the boat launch and store at Waterfront. Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. NOT A HOTEL. Come enjoy this 1970's A-frame with a gorgeous view of Guntersville Lake, complete with a stock tank pool and stock tank hot tub! (Tubs close in below freezing temps) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard bosts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, the treasure trove of local thrift stores, and definitely hit up Unclaimed Baggage!

Lake Shore Cabin-sleeps 6

I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.
