Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!

Our Yurt is a perfect winter sojourn. Between the Rockies and the desert, only 2 miles from Paonia, is a luxury yurt placed on a large wrap-around redwood deck. Hovering above the North Fork of the Gunnison River, your private sanctuary is far removed from neighbors and intrusions. Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
