Welcome to our modern farmhouse (minus the farm). Our little home is almost 100 years old! As such she isn’t perfect but she has a lot of character! We are located in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and 10 minutes from the highway. 8 minutes to WMU. Whether you’re traveling for business, to visit loved ones, or just enjoy Kalamazoo we’d love to have you at our home. This cozy but spacious apartment is the upstairs unit of a renovated barn built in the early 1900s. Recently refurbished, it retains charming features of the original barn. There is a newly redone bathroom, large couch, big-screen TV, full kitchen, and bedroom with king-sized bed. The couch can be made into an unconventional twin bed as well. Though the setting is rural, set between corn fields and forest, it is just off of a main road and close to towns, Gun Lake Casino, and two ski resorts

This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
