Our seafront home offers a peaceful garden, a relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location close to the beaches, Sığacık ,the ancient city of Teos, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use. Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided.

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
