Our place is right on The Gulkana River. You’ll love our sauna, skiing, and 77-acre homestead. We are off the grid (no electricity), but have a sink, wood stove (we start for you), clean outhouse (no indoor toilet) and plenty of water that we haul for you. Outdoor shower is very rustic. Gulkana River Ranch is a haven for those wishing to be close to nature and experience bush Alaska as it used to be. Mod cons quite limited: Instagram-worthy photos plentiful:) Adventure awaits the hearty soul!

Green Gables BnB- Kennicott, Valdez & Copper River

Relax with the whole family at the beautiful Green Gables Acres in the quiet homesteading community of Kenny Lake. Located at the edge of the Wrangel St. Elias National Park, Green Gables is just minutes from the Copper River. Such a place to explore! If you’re Alaskan, come while the salmon run and get your fish! With the Chugiak mountains as your back drop this home boasts a full kitchen, laundry and bath with three queen beds. A perfect layover and midway for McCarthy/Kennicott and Valdez!

Copperville B & B - Wrangell Plus up to 9 Guests

Keep the family together with both the Mt. Wrangle Apartment upstairs and either Wolf Room and or Fox Room downstairs in our house You may reserve the apartment and up to two more queen rooms for a total of 9 people. Wolf and Fox Rooms share a bath. The number of rooms and beds are determined by the number of guests. 6 guests or less get one additional room, or 3 queen beds and a futon. 7 or more guests get two additional rooms, 4 queen beds and a Futon. Book early to be sure of availability.

Unique off grid tiny home. Dog friendly with a fenced in dog run attached to the house. The loft queen bed is built for those with youth left in them! 2 burner propane cook stove. 110 & 12v outlets. Hannah’s Hideaway • Dog Friendly 3 Bedroom Cabin

Hannah’s Hideaway is a cozy one-story, three-bedroom cabin with two queen beds and one king. There’s a small sofa and chair for relaxing, and a full kitchen with microwave and all the basics. One bathroom has hot water, electricity, and internet. Dogs are welcome. A charcoal grill is ready for experienced users, and a firepit can be enjoyed when burn bans allow. The cabin sits on our 320-acre homestead in rural Kenny Lake, surrounded by forest, open skies, and quiet, a true Alaskan escape.

Rest at Alaska Golden Guesthouse, a modern, second story log home, close to world class fishing, rafting, and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Located on our family homestead circa 1963, this is Grammie's home with some mobility aids available. Centrally located in the Copper River Country, this is a great base to explore the region or take day trips to Valdez, McCarthy, or Nabesna. The region is beautiful and full of history and culture. We are happy to share it with you.

Kenny Lake Sweet Dream Cabin

Our unique log cabin offers comfortable bedrooms and plenty of living space for a group of 4. Close to the road, yet out of sight in it's own quiet wood, it is also ideally located 2 minutes away from a convenience store/gas station/laundromat. This is a perfect location for a several day home base to explore the Copper Basin, Wrangell St. Elias National Park and Valdez. With a fully equipped kitchen, a kid corner and good reads, you will feel right at home.

Quaint one-room Alaska cabin close to adventure!

Excellent cabin to rest, recover, and base your Alaskan adventures out of! The cabin is small (16′ x 12′) with space for three guests (full and twin bed.) A small kitchenette allows for light food prep (no oven or stove but does have microwave and mini fridge). Coffee and tea is provided. Enjoy a hot shower at the end of your day, and sleep soundly with the help of blackout curtains.
