A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. It is an area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.

Ca Morgana a Rialto

Ca Morgana is a Venetian home, which is a little gem on the outskirts of Rialto, a few steps from the Grand Canal and the Pesse market (as it is said here ...Fish in English). The palace is from the seventeenth century and was a nunnery attached to the beautiful church of San Cassiano. It's a small apartment, in a very quiet Venetian alleys, inside the building that belonged to my family from the 1900s, few steps away from the great Rialto Bridge

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Rovinj - Rovigno, just 400m from the main square and the nearest beaches, but in a quiet street. We have a private parking in our courtyard, which is very rare in the city centre. Cozy and comfortable, the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and features a double bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. You will love it.
