Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. The location allows you to retreat from the crowdedness of the city to an idyllic location surrounded by nature and the Ljubljana Marshes Nature Park, but only a shoot away from the strict city centre, which is accessible by car, city bus or just 15 minutes of a comfortable bike ride.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.

Das Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die Küche, der Wintergarten und die Terrasse im 1. Stock. Verbindung über eine Außentreppe. Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Küche haben Bodenheizung sowie Klimaanlage. Im Winter steht eine Heizstrahler im Wintergarten zur Verfügung.
