This private palapa casita embodies the desert-meets-tropics experience of San Carlos, Mexico. The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Off-the-grid, solar powered small studio with thatched roof has Starlink internet, a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, hammock and a palapa shaded patio. Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. This 1906 home was previously owned by well known muralist Rose Johnson, the home retains many of her original faux finishes. Stay as long as you like in this long or short term rental with covered porch and outdoor furniture. There is easy parking on the street in front of the house and just 8 steps up to the front door.
