Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Direkte ladning 8-22 og ladning natten over! Surfe, padle, cykle og gå/løbeture i dejlig natur. Medbring cykler. Nysted by/havn med havbad i gå afstand med gode handelsmuligheder samt restaurant/ pizza. Netto og Brugsen . 1/2 times kørsel til Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.

Nem adgang til alt fra denne centralt beliggende bolig, som ligger 5 min fra byens torv og aktiviteter og ligeledes 5 mins gå afstand til stranden. Huset har 162 kvm i grund plan, og yderligere 30 kvm hems og værelse på 1 sal. Huset hjerte er er stort køkken-alrum stue på ca 90 kvm, hvor der er masser af plads til alle. Der er trampolin og alle udendørs faciliteter til at nyde sommeren i skønne Marielyst. Forbrug afregnes individuelt og særskilt El: 4,00 DKK Per KWh Vand: 100 DKK Per m3

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Sommerhuset ligger i gåafstand til en af Danmarks bedste badestrande. Pak trækvognen med legetøj og gå afsted af stisystemet til en dejlig dag på stranden. Sommerhuset er i øvrigt beliggende i cykelafstand til Bøtøskoven med vilde heste og køer. Marielyst by byder på restauranter og butikker til hele familien. Huset: Der er adgang til terrassen fra stuen, hvor der er havemøbler og grill og mulighed for leg i haven med gyngestativ.

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Ægte sommerhusstemning tæt på natur

Hyggeligt sommerhus på lukket vej med to små værelser (et med 140x200 seng og et med to enkeltsenge 70x190cm), køkken med spiseplads, badeværelse og stue med sofaområde. Desuden overdækket terasse. Området er det perfekte sted til fred og ro; tæt på Bøtøskoven, Gedesby Strand og Gedesby Mølle. Som gæst skal man selv medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker etc. Der er intet rengøringsgebyr, da det forventes, at man selv gør rent efter endt besøg :-)

This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Two smart TVs with Netflix and Prime Video – please use your own account.

Enjoy your holiday in our modern and bright holiday home in Bøtø. The cabin features high ceilings, large windows, and three bedrooms, making it suitable for a family of up to eight people. It is only 1.5 km from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, where the coastline is ideal for walking, cycling, and running. You can also experience nature in Bøtø Forest with wild horses. Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
