Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Perfect place to relax & recharge in the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fire pit, covered patio, propane grill, and peaceful outdoor space. The neighborhood lake/beach area is only a 10-minute walk, short bike ride, or 3-minute drive away — perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, or relaxing by the water. Love the outdoors? Old Hancock Trail is nearby and offers beautiful hiking along the lake. Canyon Lake Marina is also just a 10-minute drive away.

Take a short walk to the community swimming pool and lounge area (shared with only 3 other cabins). In the heart of the hill country, we are only 3 mi. to the nearest boat ramp, 6 mi. to the Marina/Park, and 10 mi. to Whitewater Amphitheatre
