Our spacious home has a theater room with 120-inch projector screen, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Karaoke and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Outside has a wood firepit & propane firepit, and a Heated in-ground pool! The pool is 20x10 and 5 ft deep. We provide plenty of seating to accommodate a large group. Homeowners of this property are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols before and after reservations. The property is great for families and the house most enjoyable amenities are the pool, the game room, and the movie theater room. To improve the guest's experience, the pool has been upgraded to offer a heated pool amenity. There is no cost for using the pool but there is an additional fee of $120 dollars a night for heating the pool. The Fast WIFI speed has also been upgraded to 1000 Mbps.
