We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The River House on the Blanco

PLEASE NOTE: due to the ongoing drought, large sections of the Blanco river are dry, including ours! The River House is a stone house set above the Blanco river among huge oak trees. From the quaint, screened entry porch to the large deck with oak trees rising through it, the River House is a relaxing space for you to while away the hours. Kick back with your favorite beverage, put something on the grill and relax to the sounds of nature. And the stars are awesome!

Strategically located, you will be less than an hour away from Pedernales, Blanco, Wimberley, Fredericksburg and all they have to offer.

Mini Lake View | King Bed | The Overlook Cottage

A winding drive down a Texas Hill Country road, a charming cottage sits atop an elevated lot awaiting your arrival. Evening gatherings take place in a warm hot tub or a cozy campfire, perfect for making s'mores. Visit a local winery, cruise on a boat, hike the Canyon Lake Gorge, catch some sun at the “lake beach”, float the Guadalupe River with a beverage of choice or slide down the Schlitterbahn Waterpark tubes. Canyon Lake is truly a fun/relaxing place!

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Brodie's Bungalow on Lake Dunlap

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.

Southwestern Modern~Hottub~2.5 miles to Whitewater

Just two miles from the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River, this cozy Canyon Lake cottage sits beneath the trees, offering privacy and a great view of Hill Country wildlife. Inside, you’ll find a king and queen bed in two comfy bedrooms, each with its own private bath and shower. The full kitchen makes cooking easy, and you’ll have a dining table for four, washer and dryer, 65” Roku TV, and fiber internet to keep you connected.

Riverside Cabin

The Riverside Cabin was originally constructed in 1935 as a Hill Country get-away to accommodate hunting, fishing and river activities. It is located on the original route to the Old Spanish Trail on the banks of the Guadalupe River, within 1/2 mile of Comfort's Historic District. Situated on 10 acres, the cabin is a quiet, private retreat and a comfortable central location for exploring the Hill Country.
