Det er en sovesofa (150 cm bred) hvor det er mulig å sove én voksen til eller to barn hvis dere er en familie eller tre venner. Fire voksne er også mulig. Leiligheten ligger i høy førsteetasje i indre gård. Det er to bakgårder der inngangen til leiligheten ligger i den innerste.
