You will be walking distance to the beach at this lovely 3 br, 2 ba home. Fully furnished and stocked, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy the beauty and relaxing ocean breeze. The home is furnished with three queen beds and one long twin bunk above one queen (both bunk beds are futon type mattresses), spacious dining, a cozy couch, and a desk. This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Comfy home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, both of which are across train tracks and two lane Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) with s peed limit of 35mph. We make this walk everyday. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing. This property is managed by a real family with real reviews, not a company with artificially inflated stars.
