Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Fredheim, hus ved havet i Skulsfjord/ Tromsø

Ladd batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. 25 minutters kjøretur fra Tromsø, en liten bygd som heter Skulsfjord finner du dette koselige lille huset helt ved sjøen. Fantastisk utsikt og ett rolig området der man kan nyte idylliske fjell og naturomgivelser. Nordlys sesongen er fra September til April. Er det klarvær vil det danse på himmelen direkte fra stuevinduet. Mange unike turmål til fots og ved båt som verten kan informere om ved behov og har kart tilgjengelig i huset.

Opplev magiske døgn i Grøtfjord – der havet møter fjellene, og nordlyset danser rett over deg! Campingvogna står plassert bare få skritt fra en av Tromsøs vakreste strender. Her får du roen fra havet, og utsikt til nordlyset – uten forstyrrelser fra bylys. Perfekt for natturisme (noctourism)! Vogna har plass til 4/5 personer, er vinterisolert og utstyrt med varme, gode senger og alt du trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Perfekt for deg som vil kombinere ekte nordnorsk natur med en lun base.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Etter en fin dag til fjells eller til havs kan dagen avsluttes i badstue eller grillhytte. That's why we offer you free rental of bicycles, snowshoes, canoes, firewood, barbecues and kayak for those with experience. The apartment is on the first floor and has large windows. It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Elvesus

Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.
