Es verfügt über einen offenen Wohnbereich mit moderner Küchenzeile , ein Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbett sowie über ein Bad mit geräumiger Walk-in Dusche. Erlebe Tage oder Wochen voller Entspannung und Stille, auf Anfrage auch mit Hund, in der Nähe von Berlin.

Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Ihr wollt als Familie/Freunde zusammen kommen, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, große Küche mit allem wie zu Hause, sehr großes Wohn/Esszimmer (50m2), große Terasse,plus riesigen Garten ( 2000 qm) zur Mit Nutzung. Ihr könnt grillen, ein Feuer machen, Fußball spielen oder einfach nur gemütlich Zeit im Freien verbringen. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Storkower See und bietet den perfekten Ort zum entspannen. Unser eigener Steg ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und steht unseren Gästen zum Baden zur Verfügung - ideal für Familien oder Freunde. Die Umgebung lädt zu zahlreichen Freizeitaktivitäten wie Schwimmen, Radtouren, Golfen, Angeln, Bootsfahrten oder Wanderungen. Zur Entspannung nach einem aufregenden Tag steht dir eine Sauna zur Verfügung, in der Du herrlich relaxen kannst.

Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur. Abenteuerlust und Entschleunigung sind Programm. Ihr schlaft in Leinen Bettwäsche und beobachtet aus dem Bett die Wellen und die Sterne . Erwacht mit einem fantastischen Sonnenaufgang 🌅 und füttert die Schwäne mit Haferflocken. Während draußen das Eis des Sees gefroren ist und leise unter den Schritten knirscht, lodert drinnen der Kamin und taucht den Raum in warmes Licht.

Unser Holzhaus befindet sich inmitten einer ausgedehnten Seenlandschaft vor den Toren Berlins. Der Storkower See ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Hier können Sie sich im Strandbad weiter entspannen und das Wasser genießen. Das Stadtzentrum von Storkow, welches Sie in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen, bietet Ihnen eine sehenswerte Altstadt, Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine mittelalterliche Burg. in der Nähe gibt es 3x 18 Loch Golfplätze.
