Hoch über dem Tal gelegen über eine Bergstraße erreicht man das historische Haus Oberlandtal. Umrahmt von weiten Bergwiesen auf denen Steinschafe entspannt weiden. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung Rosenstein befindet sich auf einer sonnigen Anhöhe .Mit eigenem Eingang, großer Terrasse viel Platz und Spielmöglichkeiten im freien und einem herrlichen Ausblick in die Berg und Naturlandschaft von Grossarl ist Sie Ideal um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Da zur Wohnung 2,5 km Bergstraße sind werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen. Es Ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Zahlreiche Wanderungen , man hat einen Herrlichen Blick auf das Großarler Skigebiet .

The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. The tourist tax is included in the price.

You’ll love the apartment (sleeps a maximum of 3) because of the locality, amazing views from the balcony and garden, large bedroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is 45 minutes from Salzburg (15 mins from the A10). Haus Gilbert is quiet – perfect for couples, families and solo travellers who like busy days and quiet evenings.

There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
