We are happy to welcome you to our newly renovated apartment in the suburbs of Rijeka, with a large private free parking, only 4 km from the city center and the coast. We are located near the exit from the highway so you will reach the beaches, Opatija or Krk very quickly. This comfortable and clean studio apartment is suitable for a couple with or without children or business travelers, we can also accommodate a third and fourth person on a sofa bed and a fifth on a extra bed in the apartment.

There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

Spacious and sunny 4* 55m2 apartment in heart of Rijeka, and quiet to sleep. We are also pet friendly :) About the parking : New city parking garage (Zagrad B) is beside the apartment where you can safely park your car. The price is 80cent per hour from 7am-6pm and from 6pm- 7am 40cent per hour, you can also buy daily, weekly, monthly ticket. On weekend's the city parking Gomila Square is free of charge from Saturday 2pm till Monday 7am. There is also free parking 2km away from the apt.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment is located on the first floor and situated in the historical city center. It's ideal for couples especially if they are arriving by bus because it is one minute walk from the central bus station. Apartment is very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the kitchen and TV in the air conditioned living room.
