Whether you’re here to hike, boat, ski at the nearby Big Squaw Mountain Resort, spend the day hiking dozens of local trails, or shopping downtown, this new apartment puts you in the middle of all the action.

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Nestled along the shores of Wilson Pond in Greenville, Maine, Wilson Dam Cabin is a two-story retreat ideal for up to 4 guests. This cozy cabin offers two decks with stunning views, a propane stove to keep you warm on cool nights, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Both upstairs bedrooms feature sliding glass doors leading to a private deck. Cabin fully functional and still work in progress with large deck overlooking lake and beautiful sunsets! Peaceful large waterfront yard with fire pit. Bring your boat or jet skis. ATV & snowmobile trail access directly from driveway. 2 kayaks and a canoe to use. The pond has a sandy beach and boat launch. Hiking trails close by, Borestone Mountain, Kineo Mountain and Appalachian Trail to name a few. 30 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead lake.

Lakefront cabin w/spacious deck & gas grill. Spacious living area enjoys plenty of natural light & natural wood interior. Large deck to wake up with the sounds of nature. Spend mornings fishing off the rocky shore before heading out in a canoe or kayak, then sit around the fire pit and relax. Bookcase full of games, books, and DVDs to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals.

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Cottage on the Kennebec

Beautiful Riverside cottage, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy one room cottage with enclosed porch with a view of the river and the Appalachian Trail crossing. Surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, rafting right outside your door.

Waterfront on Whetstone Pond

Perfect for one or two couples or one couple with children. WestView sits 25 feet from the edge of Whetstone Pond with views of Russell Mountain and spectacular sunsets from its 7 acre perch. I live at a campsite which is barely visible from the cabin. Our one neighbor, also barely visible through the trees, loves their privacy as well.

Moose River Cabin 1 - Allies

Escape to the Moosehead Lake! Cabin 1 (on the left in picture) is a cozy, rustic cabin located right on the edge Moose River. This 2 bedroom camp should supply everything you need - kitchen, wifi, grill, picnic table, and fire pit. Bring your boat and tie up right in front of your cabin!
