Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Whether you would like to warm up in the lodge or enjoy the outdoor patio, we are located across Rt 28 from Belleayre Mountain in the heart of the Catskill High Peaks. You'll love this bright and sunny room with a charming sitting area where you can watch movies on the large tv or simply cozy up with a book near the fireplace. The iron bed is nestled in front of an expansive bay window where, with the shades thrown open, it can seem like you are in a treehouse. The recently renovated private bathroom has a shower/whirlpool tub combination. A hearty and home-cooked breakfast is included when you awake in the morning.

The Ulster Room at The Gateway at Pine Hill

The Gateway at Pine Hill is the closest lodging to Belleayre Ski. The Ulster room was redesigned in January of 2022 including all new bedding and bathroom fixtures. This room offers a comfortable king sized bed for relaxing after skiing or winter hiking. Booking this room or any other accommodation at The Gateway will include breakfast and apres ski hot chocolate. Come relax in our fireside lounge and enjoy our breakfast with views of Belleayre.

A large spacious bedroom with a queen sized leather sleigh bed, this room has an amazing mountain view and cozy fireplace for those cold fall and winter nights. The room has its own mini refrigerator, 40" Smart TV, reliable WIFI and, A/C for the summer months. The oversized jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower highlight the ensuite bath.
