This cozy mountain hideaway is all within an hours drive or less to Pikes Peak, hiking, fishing, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ATV and snowmobile trails, Manitou Springs, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, wine tasting and more. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the wildlife or stars. Games and books available in the cabin or snuggle by the fireplace and watch movies on the large flat screen smart television. There are 3 steps down into bathroom.

Sunshine Mountain , experience true Colorado!

3 bed, 2 bath home in the shadow of Pike's Peak. Features a wheel chair ramp, 7.5 acres of shared property with wooded walking trails and an adults only swim spa patio area. The perfect spot to get away to a country setting but close to town. We have WIFI, 65" TV, soaking tub, new bedding, stocked kitchen/pantry, seasonal art studio, outdoor seating, gas grill/ fire pit & onsite parking. Base price is for 4 guests (Sleeps 8). For larger groups we also a RV site with hookups.
