It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.
