We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Flat conversion in peaceful setting

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included.
