A Beautiful 300 yr old barn is a perfect place to escape & unwind. Situated in a tranquil setting down a no through lane. King size comfy bed for a good nights sleep. The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

A little gem in the country

This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

‘Santina’ Shepherd's Hut with hot tub & open views

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. We have a lovely, big park just across the road - beautiful in every season. - An ideal base for visiting Cambridge (by car or bus). - Train station only 5-10 mins walk (London 50-60m, Peterborough, 20m) - Town centre 20-30m walk across the lovely park

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Little Nest

Welcome to our cosy garden annex with a jungle feel! With self check in, double bed, en suite shower and toilet, wifi and free on street parking, you should feel right at home. Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet.
