Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Fußläufig ist die Stadthalle (Messe) und der Jakominiplatz (zentraler Öffi-Knoten) in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt bei der Wohnung ist zudem eine Straßenbahnstation, die direkt zum Hauptplatz und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
