The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

This cozy craftsman style home is nestled in the Akin Park neighborhood and includes all the amenities needed for a great visit to Evansville. The location boasts quick access to Haynie’s Corner/Art District, which features unique shops, bars and restaurants that showcase the best of Evansville culture. You are welcome to cozy sleeping arrangements for up to six (two queen bedrooms and a pull out couch), one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful front porch perfect for relaxing.

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

The Angel Carriage House in New Harmony

Cozy and elegant, located in the heart of historic New Harmony, this 1920's carriage house was reimagined, expanded, and tastefully furnished as a stand-alone guest house in 2016. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, roomy bedroom plus queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, two full baths, hi-speed WIFI, three HD TVs, a private back porch with one of the best views in New Harmony, and heated & A/Ced garage. Located between Interstate 70 and Interstate 64, it’s a serene escape with easy access to wherever your journey leads.

Forested Retreat

This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

Day of Rest

This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.

The Vault- 1800s National Bank 7 min off I-64

This historic bank, built in the 19th century has been vacant for many years, but we've restored it to its former glory. complete with the original walk in bank Vault . The Vault has a king and queen size bed, plus a rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress. We have another Airbnb, called The Citadel located upstairs. If you have a large family, you can book both places. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at both locations.

Brick Street Inn

Welcome to Brick Street Inn, a cozy home located in the center of Albion, Illinois. Brick Street Inn features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen stocked with all you could need, a fireplace, a covered back porch with seating, outdoor TV, a fire-pit, and MUCH more! Brick Street Inn can sleep 6-7 guests. We are located close to Albion's coffee house, and restaurants and shopping on the Main Street.
