Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

A lovingly restored turn of the century farmhouse situated on 69 acres in the Okanogan highlands at an elevation of 3900’. A historic barn, aspen grove, seasonal creek, and views of mountain peaks are just a few of the sights you can expect to see on our ranch. Plenty of room to roam. Bonaparte Lake is just 5 miles away. The cabin is inspired by New Zealand architecture as we have ties to NZ. We designed this home ourselves, from layout to furnishings and finishing. We hope you enjoy the aesthetics and comfort of the home as much as the gorgeous view.
