This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all but still have high speed WIFI. Like camping but with more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer. We turn it off at the end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but we offer them for $15. Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. Excellent swimming pond! 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter. Lots to explore!

This spectacular river, along the Kancamagus Highway is known for gold panning, swimming, & tubing with walk-in access. This location is convenient to shopping in Lincoln, Franconia and Woodsville. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!
