U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

The Villa has five bedrooms and big living a dining room (each bedroom have bathroom). This luxury villa is something unique in Zadar region. Interior is decorated in rustic style with modern details. House is situated in the middle of the center Island Vir. Beach with send inside sea and pabbles outside is 350m from house, small shop is 50m, nigth bars 50-150m, restaurants 200m. In main season Island have many concert, parties and other entertainment like jet-ski, parasail, squad etc.

My place is close to art and culture, parks.We are set in quite neighbrhood, very close to the center of old part of town, you can take a beutiful walk by the sea, at the beutiful sunset(rated by Hitchcock), and get in old town. Nearby are beautiful city beaches, the closest one is 7 minutes walking, if you donT like the walking or you dont have a car the bus station is 1 minut away from the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people.
