Cottage by the Sea

The cottage is located directly on the water in the Milna bay on the island of Vis. It has an open, 280 degree view to the ocean, and swimming right in front of the house. The adjacent garden hugs the end of the bay and is again located on the water. It has spectacular views and several areas set up for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, etc. The cottage can sleep up to 4 people. It has one bathroom, two bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, extra large wrapped terrace with patio furniture

Sandy Beach Apartment

Our Zaglav Beach House is in one of the most beautiful bay on the Vis island called Zaglav. There is a sandy beach and a magnificent view of the archipelago. This appartment is on the ground floor of our house. There are only a couple of houses in the bay and no road/cars. Perfect place for a holiday away from the hectic world and in harmony with nature. You will come home in the Zaglav Bay! There is a small restaurant where you can enjoy lunch or dinner if you don't feel like cooking yourself.

Kuća za odmor "Jerula" se nalazi na južnoj strani otoka Visa. Krasi je prekrasan panoramski pogled na najljepši arhipelag otoka Visa te velika terasa opremljena bazenom, separeom, sunčanim ležaljkama te mjestom za vanjsko ručavanje s grillom. Kuća je novoizgrađena na kaskadnom terenu koji Vam zajedno s vrtom omogućuje intimu, privatnost i udobnost prilikom Vašeg odmora. Kuća sadrži 3 sobe, 2 kupaonice i 1 wc, otvoreni prostor u kojom se nalazi ulaz, dnevni boravak, blagovaonski stol i kuhinja.

Stara škola

U prizemlju naše kuće su dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonica, WC, kuhinja i dnevna soba s izlazom na prednju terasu. Potkrovlje je otvoreni prostor s dnevnim boravkom i tri spavaća mjesta. U podrumu (konobi) nalazi se perilica rublja, dodatni stolovi i stolci te stolni nogomet. Iza kuće je velika terasa s vrtom i roštiljem. U neposrednoj blizini kuće je dućan prehrambenih namirnica i dva restorana. Lijepe plaže nalaze se 5 do 10 minuta vožnje automobilom, a sportaši mogu biciklirati i trčati.

House " Gundula " offers a maximum comfort in a peaceful and quiet environment with stunning views. Set in Milna, a small village located on the south side of the island, just 8 km from the port. This property allows groups of friends or families up to 4 persons to spend an unforgettable vacation in total privacy with no disturbance at all. The sea is just 70m away and for those who like to feel sand under their feet, a beautiful sandy beach "Milna" is located just a couple of minutes away.

This cute one bedroom apartment sleeps 2 with 1 extra sofa bed (suitable for kids). It is located on the ground level, with interiors of 30 m2 and exteriors of 35 m2. The covered terrace offers impressive sea views and shows the surrounding islets, it is a perfect space for relaxing. The path from the apartment’s terrace lead to a secluded, uncrowded, natural beach. The apartment is decorated tastefully and consists of one double bed bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living/kitchen room.

Beautiful stonehouse in sunny Kut

Our family-friendly stone house is located in peaceful Kut, only a 3 min walk from the seaside, and is close to beaches and great restaurants. It comes with a lush lemon garden, sunny terraces and a separate garden studio. Kut is the Old Town of Vis and from this side of the bay you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. We bought the rundown house in 2007 and renovated it with the help of skilled craftsmen. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet really close to everything you need for a great holiday!

Mirne večeri uz čašu vina i miris mora.Studio ili konoba kako je nazivamo uredena je u starinskom stihu. Krevet za jednu osobu je napravljen od punog drva i naslonjen na zivu stijenu. Konoba je hladna posto je okruzena sa svih strana debelim kamenom.

Apartman u kući nalazi se tik uz more u prekrasnoj pješčanoj uvali Stončica, 7 km od grada Visa. Nalazi se u hladovini borove šume na vrlo mirnom i opuštajućem mjestu, okružena prirodom. Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

This house is not a conventional house made for commercial renting, it was built as a home where many memories were made. During past 4 decades our grandfather has lived here, now, after his death we decided to keep the house. Summer nights filled with love and family are memories that we cherish.
